Case Study and Brainstorming for best classroom activities and Employees Engagement Program.


In a wider range of expansion through experiences, there are numbers of brainstorming exercises stimulate best social cultural communication. 

It enhances the productivity of teamwork, language skill uplift, problem solving ability, analytical skill, and powerful icebreaker opener. 

Trainers play  many activities in the classroom or training hall. Brainstorming exercises are highly demandable note to captivate the audience. This engagement specially brings enthusiasm to perform better in objective oriented session.

There is one small case study.

There is a tiger who is starving. All of a sudden a little mouse appeared in front of him, at the first sight, the tiger ignored to have its breakfast but hungry tiger is very angry now. Little mouse looks at the tiger and raises its voice with rage. Tiger can't understand the happening. 

The Tiger then and there advised little mouse to move aside but the little mouse turned off ears and stayed bold. This truly hurt the ego of the tiger, there the tiger gave a tight slap. The little mouse got fainted. 

This became a great news in the jungle, when the news reached the justice elephant. It called up all different animals to bring the just decision with the little mouse.

When the tiger heard about it, the tiger became red with rage.

Now the question is; how should the elephant justify the injustice? 

It seems to be very funky story but there is always a debate inside it. 

Let's begin the session boldly to communicate with pros and cons, agreement and disagreement, overtly and covertly, along with analytical approaches towards problem solving abilities.

One can fix of the time duration of the discussion. As a moderator, there must be some clues and justified points. Remember, every odd story has great significance to have a massive discussion or argumentation.
