Why B-Tech students are facing difficulty in communication for placement?

As per placement training and development is concerned, most of BTech passed out or continued students are facing difficult challenges in communication.It becomes hopscotch study in campus  where time is lost then skills based grooming individually is hardly prioritized from the beginning of education from colleges and    communication building  within short period of time becomes toughest part of preparing for campus drive. 

As the situation demands high skill here; time is less and requirement is more. Now the question is what to do in this difficult situation to fulfill the requirement of workforce management where recruitment will go smoothly and  visible results  after undergoing an interview round will openly be seen. 

Entering into a college or University, 1st, 2nd  & 3rd year simply go by preparation for examination and projects but most of the students realizing the facts of lagging behind in communication skills, finally it  draws their fearful worries with a big question mark weather they will be placed in campus selection and perform effectively in interviews or not ?   As it is apparently seen that Spoken English, Personality Development, Group Discussion, Interview Skills, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Reasoning Ability, Aptitude and General Studies are on high demand for recruitment. Subject knowledge is respected undoubtedly, Moreover, Market needs skilled professionals to meet up needs of corporate workplace.

1. Go for self evaluation in the beginning. Find out what are  the blind faults you have at present and where you want to  groom yourself initially. Note down in a paper and and be a challenger to  turn a new leaf in life.

Improve Spoken English, Personality Development, Group Discussion, Interview Skills, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, Reasoning Ability, Aptitude and General Studies.  Cultivate habits of  regular speaking in English it does not create any issue whether you commit thousand mistakes? with the help of self confidence and motivation, you have to push yourself to speak by hook or crook because it's your 11 hours.

3. Improve vocabulary from magazines, newspapers, textbooks, stories and many more. Use words everyday in writing and speaking so that you can memorize.

Improve your soft skills. try to  adopt and shape yourself up with Problem Solving Ability and Analytical Skill, Personal and Professional Grooming, Attitude Development, Observation Skill, Discussion Skills, Interview Skills, Presentation Skill, Time Management, Team Building Ability, Positive Thinking, & Confidence Building.

5.If you feel that you need to undergo training then  roll yourself  in  institutes or talk to some of your faculties about it along with  make a friends group who can participate in grooming for  campus recruitment preparation.

6. Take the help of social media. Watch most of videos related to your requirements, read many blogs, listen to most of veteran experts and try to adopt the learning habits from any resources where you find fruitful information for your career growth.

7. It's time to open your skill-take in  a quick decision instead of overthinking and start working on your self improvement. Time is very less, it must be understood  by thinking you cannot achieve anything until your execute upon goals. You have to be strong & determined personality to work upon weaknesses to convert them into strengths.

8. It doesn't matter from which medium you belong. It is remembered that  the medium of school is not at all a concerned matter as of now. It only matters weather to  fulfill skill requirements of  the industry and workforce management.  Start to hone by self assessment in order to achieve your target.
