It is not late to know about employability to kick off.

Employability represents the educational outcome for implementing learnt skills in the field of job requirements & placement assistance.

This is a general term to understand that to be employable, the skills are to be developed by training and facilitation.

Academic curriculum and teaching methodology can  increase the knowledge and prepare us to be able to meet examination and succeed in academic career. Moreover, the realistic comprehensible facts are totally opposite of it.

Schools, colleges and universities can facilitate a formal education with a degree of hierarchy but it does not promise to provide placements for every candidate. Now question is why they are not able to to do it? It is not the core responsibility of formal education system to facilitate recruitment. A formal academic education can promote degrees and educate learners in life with educational qualification and  character building. By which, people become eligible to apply for any job. It comes under eligibility criteria. 

It is a quite sharp point of view that upskilling by the help of formal education can be a process of getting through skill requirements. Those required employable skills for career enhancement are to be utilized. 

Employability is a broad sense to acquire actual understanding that include soft skills, hard skills, subject knowledge, job competency level, personality development, communication skill, presentation skill, language proficiency level, analytical skills,problem solving ability, interview skills, group discussion skill, operational skills, management skills,and corporate communication.

It is apparently seen and accepted broadly that it is time to hone employability skills and train oneself  with observation by quality preparation to hit the placement and to kick off a new beginning in progressive lifestyle.

The additional knowledge from outside and Outlook are  the great components of text curriculum. Education system should look after the employable skills of the candidates to prepare with the platform for bright career and future.

It is also seen worldwide that after passing out or dropping schools or colleges, most of candidates have succeeded in their life. Research says that after being skilled up according to the demand of the market, if individual adopts self -development attitude, it will make them saleable to fit into any deserving position. 

Finally, there is no dying to accept the conceptualized improvement towards skills acquisition to uplift in career and real time life scenario.
