Responsibility and the duty of a teacher is to understand the prominent objectives towards the career as well as life skills of the students. 


A teacher should be a good friend, counselor, guide, parent and sympathizer for the students in every aspect of their life. 

 

Being a teacher it is core dutifulness to empower the students to achieve their dreams and goals and life. A teacher must facilitate life skill knowledge to the students to succeed in real life scenario by implementing the value best education obtained from schooling. 

 

It is a great contribution of a teacher towards the country and society to facilitate those competency levels which are highly required in the field of employment to live life with significance where everything is possible with the quality education and guidance of a teacher.

 


A teacher should be building a positive relationship with the students for lifetime. Students always follow their teachers as a role model. Most of students always try to replicate the teachers' behaviour in their life. Teachers should be real national Hero for or nation builders. 

 

 

It is our sense of respect and gratitude towards those teachers who always dedicate their life for the students and be impartial to maintain quality education till death and support every student without any discrimination.

 

A teacher should be a skill trainer to understand the skill deficit among students and fulfill the requirements of capacity building to provide education to the needy students to grow in their life.

 


It is a good sign of a good teacher who always stands for his / her students in every aspect of their life and listens to them respectfully. A teacher must realize that a student is like clay. A teacher or coach can mould clay and give a shape in different design. 

 

A teacher must impart those intensive and extensive skills which are out of the text books. It is a beauty of the teacher to direct the students to utilize their skills with confidence. Our teachers should preach the students to be on the path of truth and respect parents and contribute their life for society and country.

  It was a time when I was in question-and-answer round of English tests, I could explain much on Grammar and sometimes gave wrong answer. Everybody sitting in the room embarrassed me with a straight criticizing tone that “you are speaking in English but unable to explain Grammar. How come?” truly, such disgusting moment for me it was. Felt very sorry on me and asked myself question that “what went wrong? Where I can speak in English but unable to explain Grammar.” Later on, overthinking with slight stress, some of ideas simply bore in mind. Self-doubt put me down but decided to find out possible solution. Luckily reached the place of solution.
