Best Use of Time expression for Simple Present Tense



As Simple Present Tense expresses habitual action and regular action. There are suggested Time Expressions. That can be well utilized when speaking and writing.


Daily, Everyday, time to time, once in a day/week..etc, generally, mostly, often, very often, most often, usually, repeatedly, sometimes, sometime, every now and then, occasionally, once in a while, once in a blue moon.

Negative Time Factors: hardly, barely, rarely, seldom, scarcely, never and ever never, never ever



  1. I get up early in the morning daily.
  2. She meets us sometimes.
  3. They occasionally call for a meeting. 
  4. He hardly watch horror film. 
  5. You do not ask same question every now and then.
