No IELTS requirement in countries for study and work abroad

Work, Live and Study abroad need IELTS, However, There are some countries where IELTS is not required for them who want to go for study  and work abroad. 

It is apparently seen that some people do not intend to appear for IELTS and others choose IELTS. It is in view of different competencies level of English language. Candidates, who feel frustrated for IELTS have poor communication or English phobia. In fact, somewhere they manage their English communication. That's the reason why they select countries without IELTS.

Countries that require IELTS:

Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK , Germany, Norway, Holland ( Netherlands) and all English Countries. 

Countries that do not need IELTS:

Poland, Hungary, France, Greece, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, Dubai, Italy, Singapore, Japan, India, China, Israel, Spain ETC.

It is also seen that most of countries in Southern and Central Europe do not require IELTS for study and work abroad.   

Poland takes IELTS score but not mandatory for all. Some countries do not require as compulsory for IELTS band.
