How to make online test date transfer and cancellation of IELTS?

IDP IELTS has given you a smoother choice, in case you intend to transfer or cancel your test. Keeping this one view, it has also provided digital leap and simplify the process of test date transfer and cancellation by a few clicks.

Transfer and Rescheduling

IELTS test can be rescheduled and transferred the date within 15 days from the date on which you have applied for transfer.

Cancellation of IELTS test online

The candidates can apply for cancellation with one condition that if the test date is at least 15 days from the date on which a candidate is applying for cancellation.

If the test date is between 15 to 34 days, in case of payment through offline. On the request of the candidates the cancellations can be provided with supporting documents and cancellation will be done once request approved by IDP IELTS.

Refund policy says that after cancellation is done or approved officially then within 8 to 10 business days, after deducting administrative charges, the registration amount can be transferred to the candidate's account.
