Why spoken English training becomes unsuccessfully?

Training methodology does matter a lot in target achievements. There are certain specific reasons of failure story and wrong feedback about institutes. Students enroll into Spoken English Course with high expectation that they will be fluent within two to three months of general training; moreover, they will be well groomed for campus recruitment. But finally visible results turn up unexpectation and all efforts end in failure. Let’s find the reasonable facts in this area.

1.Not having any systematic training content or syllabus

2.Facilitating course without course module and study materials

3.Not introducing spoken English experts or professional skilled trainers.

4.Not short listing students’ requirements and providing them classroom or batches according to their level of understanding.

6.No accurate assessment of performance, even no examination conducted properly to evaluate the training needs analysis.

7.Changing members of faculties and course syllabus time to time with some of mismanagement.

8.Training without any researched classified contents and study materials as per learners requirements.

9.Over promises and under delivery, after taking tuition fees.

10.Not finding language barriers among different stages of learners and not teaching by precondition of bilingual or target language.

11.Not giving extra classes for those who demand for better grooming session in order to build themselves up suitably.

12.Not setting up classes with training tools which can be utilized for quality training competencies.

13.Less and insufficient space for seating arrangement and poor staffing along with not friendly behaviors with trainees.

14.Long distance alongside difficult transportation and poor services.

15.No practice session for beginners and other mentees.

16.Newcomers are given very less time to speak up and training goes by theories where very less practical session is bestowed.  

17.No customization in training & facilitation with new facilities for starters and mid way students.

18.Big number trainees with fewer hours of teaching facilities. 

19.Not delivering courses into small segmentation as per the need of candidates and English taught without motivation and encouragement where drop-outs create  pressure.

20. Least dedication of all faculties and students to increase performance level to meet up demand.
